ReplyDeleteThe BSNL Officers / officials, retired on or after 10-6-2013, are entitled to get their retirement benefits based on 78.2% of IDA, whereas the staff, retired in between the period from 1-1-2007 to 9-6-2013 are eligible for retirement benefit only w.r.to 68.8% of IDA . This is gross violation of natural justice & totally injustice. It seems that there is no difference between the present BJP Govt. & the past congress led UPA.
ReplyDeleteDenial of arrears of DCRG, Commutation & Leave encashment etc., ( based on merger of IDA @78.2%) to those retired in between the period from 1-1-2007 & 9-6-2013 is a gross injustice. The BJP Govt. has proved that it is no way better than the past UPA.- R. Vedachalam, CSS(Retd) Madurai.
ReplyDeleteDenial of arrears of grauity, commutation & leave encashment {on account of 78.2% of IDA for revised pay fixation} to those retired during the period from 1-1-2007 to 9-6-2013 is gross injustice. It seems that the present Govt. (BJP) is in noway better than the previous one (UPA) in sofaras the BSNL Retirees are concerned.

Apart from delaying refixation of pension ( based on 78.2% of IDA), Denial of payment of arrears of pension for the period from 1-1-2007 to 9-6-2013, commutation & encashment of leave to those retired during the period from 1-1-2007 to 9-6-2013 is unfair, unjust & against the principle of justice.-
